When will my order ship?
Standard processing typically takes 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition vinyl, cosmetics, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and collectible value reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon the package's arrival in your country.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before completing checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
